Yahoo has recently declared that they have reduced the minimum payment for their publisher network to $50 USD and you can receive your money swiftly using your paypal account. This is Yahoo's another tactic to allure publishers as their Advertiser Network is flourishing well and is providing high ROI on their ad campaigns.

Yahoo's biggest competitor is Google, which has already established itself in the industry. Moreover Google Maps and Local listings are preferred over Yahoo. But from advertiser's perspective Yahoo has increased their capability and from Publisher perspective the acceptance of paypal payments will boost the interest between publishers and will permit small website owners to join their network.
