Google INC acquires Postini for $625 Million

According to the announcement made by Google Press center Google has acquired the Postini by signing a written agreement with Postini. Postini is a world leader in on demand communications Security and Compliance solutions with approximately 10 Million users worldwide. Postini have 35000 clients worldwide. Google acquires Postini by $625 Million in cash, Subject to working capital and other adjustments.
